Discreet Packaging
We ship in neutral packaging without conspicuous references to content or medical services.
Delivery Times
After medical approval, your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, shipping method, holidays or delivery region.
Shipment Tracking
If available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please note: Some shipping methods only offer limited or delayed status updates.
Change Address
An address change is usually only possible as long as the order has not yet been handed over to shipping. Contact support as soon as possible in this case.
Parcel Locker / Branch
Whether delivery to parcel lockers or branches is possible depends on the shipping provider and method. If you want an alternative delivery option, please check the options at checkout or contact support before the order is shipped.
Delivered – But Not There
If the status shows "delivered" but the shipment cannot be found, please first check neighbors/mailbox/drop-off locations. Then contact support – we’ll help with the next steps. Final clarification may be done together with the shipping provider.
Returns
For medications, returns may generally be excluded for legal and hygiene reasons. If a package arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact support – we’ll review the case individually.
